Floorplan and Description of Villa

Villa is surrounded by its own private security wall, entered only through front door. Waterfall inside front door and pond surrounding Gazebo to the right.

To the left is a private guest house, with queen bed in large bedroom with its own television (20 channels), DVD player, airconditioner and ceiling fan. There are built in wardrobes and drawers and a deluxe marble ensuite and sink area. Double doors lead out onto a marble floored patio overlooking the private tropical pool.

Further on to the right is an outside dining area with built in seating, marble floors and attached enclosed kitchen. The kitchen includes a large fridge/freezer, four burner cook top and oven, sink and numerous built in cupboards.

Steps down from the dining area lead to your own large private pool with water falls and surrounded by lush tropical plants.

The main house is double storey, the ground floor is the living area with settees, coffee tables and television (20 channels), DVD player and CD player. There is a desk and chair for office use if required.

From the ground floor there is a spiral staircase which leads to the master suite, which has a built in king bed and wardrobes and cupboards. There are glass French doors leading out to an outside surround balcony which overlooks the whole villa and forest area. There is an airconditioner and ceiling fan, as well as television (20 channels) and DVD player. Attached to the master suite is a deluxe marbled bathroom, complete with double sinks, large shower area and toilet.

At the rear of the main living area, via the pool, is a separate laundry with washing machine and separate toilet. There is also an outside retractable washing line.

The villas are situated just outside the village of Ungasan, approximately 18 km south of Kuta and 15 minutes drive south of Nusa Dua. The area is predominantly farming with a beach and surf break less than 10 minutes away.

Because of the location and facilities, you can enjoy a very relaxing holiday in luxurious private surroundings and, when the mood takes you, hop in a taxi and visit the hussle and bussle that is Bali. Within a 20 minute drive you can visit the busy tourist shopping havens of Kuta, Sanur and Seminyak or take a day trip up to Ubud and visit the beautiful mountains.
